Almost every guest I speak to has heard the name Land of Legends before they've even landed in Turkey. Fewer of them actually know what it is, why it's worth the trip from Alanya, or what to expect once they get there. So let's clear it up properly one question at a time.

Part 01 / 05
What Is Land of Legends?
If I had to explain it in one sentence, I'd say: it's Turkey's version of Disneyland. That's genuinely the closest comparison, and it holds up.
Inside the complex you'll find Turkey's largest theme park, a full water park, a dedicated kids' park, a dolphin park, and a Nickelodeon-themed park all in one site. On top of that, there are three enormous hotels, more than 200 restaurants, cafés and shops, and open-air promenades that feel more like a festival ground than a resort.
One of my favourite details: an artificial river runs straight through the middle of the complex, and you can actually take a boat tour along it in fantasy-styled boats. It's a small touch, but it's the kind of thing that makes the whole place feel designed rather than just built.
Wioletta's note: Guests often ask me if it's "just a theme park." It isn't. It's closer to a small city built entirely around entertainment even if you never go near a ride, there's a full day (or evening) to be had here.
Part 02 / 05
Why Is Land of Legends So Famous?
Honestly, it's one of the most photogenic places you'll find anywhere in Turkey. From a purely visual standpoint, it's built for it: the lighting, the architecture, the water everything is designed with photos and videos in mind.
There's a restaurant where sharks swim past the glass while you eat. The evening light shows are genuinely impressive not a small production, but a full-scale spectacle. Add the open-air atmosphere in the evening, and it becomes the kind of place people plan their whole trip around.
It's become a magnet, and not just for tourists staying nearby. People travel from across the Antalya region, and beyond, specifically to experience it.
Wioletta's note: I always tell guests to charge their phone fully before going. You will take far more photos than you plan for this is one of the strongest content environments I've seen anywhere on the coast.
Part 03 / 05
Is Land of Legends Expensive?
This one really depends on how you want to spend your time and money there's no single answer.
For food, there's a McDonald's on site, but also high-end restaurants. You can eat well for around 5 euro, or spend upwards of 300 euro on a full dining experience it's entirely down to your own budget and what you're in the mood for.
Theme park tickets typically range between 55 and 90 euro, depending on the season. Peak summer dates sit at the higher end; shoulder season is noticeably cheaper.
Wioletta's note: If budget is a concern, you don't need a theme park ticket to enjoy the evening. The Shopping Avenue and the Night Show are free the park ticket is only for rides and water attractions.
Part 04 / 05
What Is the Land of Legends Night Show?
Almost every evening, the complex runs a series of shows but the main event is the boat show.
Land of Legends' fantasy characters arrive down the artificial river on illuminated boats, set to a full musical production. It's the centrepiece of the evening, and it's genuinely well-produced not something thrown together for tourists.
Alongside the main boat show, there are smaller performances throughout the evening water shows, live music, acrobats. Taken together, it feels less like a single attraction and more like a full festival ground.
Wioletta's note: Get to the viewing area at least 15-20 minutes before the main show starts. The best positions along the canal fill up fast, and the difference between a good view and a blocked one comes down entirely to timing.

Part 05 / 05
Where Is Land of Legends?
Land of Legends is located in Belek, in the Antalya province, right in the middle of the hotel zone.
If you're staying in Alanya, it's not a walk-in destination public transport isn't really a practical option for this route. Almost everyone gets there by private vehicle, which is exactly why a proper transfer matters more here than for most other day trips.
Wioletta's note: From Alanya, it's around a 1.5 to 2 hour drive depending on your district. That's exactly why we time pickups individually rather than running one fixed schedule for everyone.
