Which Eftalia Hotel Is Right for You?
Ocean is the anchor of the entire Eftalia group and one of the largest hotels on the western Alanya coast. Walking from reception to the beach takes around ten minutes that alone tells you everything about its scale. When you step outside onto the Türkler strip, you realise the whole street, the whole neighbourhood, is essentially an Eftalia village. It is all connected. The energy here in the mornings is unlike anything else: guests milling around the lobby waiting for tour pickups, the animation team already setting up, breakfast running at full capacity. If you are travelling with a large family or a big group and you want to be at the centre of everything, Ocean is your hotel.
Finding a small hotel in the Eftalia group is close to impossible and Splash is no exception it is still a big resort. But the difference is in how it feels when you walk around it. The design is noticeably more modern, the layout is more considered, and there is a spaciousness to the common areas that the other properties do not quite match. Of all the Eftalia hotels, this is the one I would personally choose. It works for families, it works for couples, and the pool configuration is genuinely well thought out. If someone asks me which Eftalia to book without giving me more information, Splash is my default answer.
Marin does not carry the same relentlessly family-focused intensity as Ocean or Splash. The atmosphere is a level quieter and that makes it genuinely suitable for solo travellers and couples who still want the security and convenience of an all-inclusive resort without being surrounded by chaos from morning to night. The pools are enjoyable, the facilities are solid, and you still get the full Eftalia service. It is a comfortable, pleasant hotel that does not try to be everything at once.
Blue does not feel like a classic Eftalia hotel and I mean that as a compliment. The usual organised mayhem is toned right down. The layout is more structured, movement around the resort is easier, and something you do not find at the others there is a proper car park. For guests arriving by rental car or private vehicle, that is not a small detail. If you want the Eftalia name and the all-inclusive package but without the sensory overload, Blue is the one I would point you towards.
Village has a completely different layout from the other four. Dozens of villas and bungalow-style accommodations spread across the site, a large central pool at the heart of it, and generous green space in between. It is one of the older properties in the group and you can feel that but it carries a warmth and a sense of character that the newer builds sometimes lack. It is still very much a family and group hotel. Get to the pool before 8am or you will be hunting for a sunbed.
