What You'll Experience

Sapadere Canyon (Sapadere Kanyonu)

The canyon is 750 meters long and carved by a mountain stream over thousands of years. The walls reach up to 400 meters high in some sections, creating a dramatic corridor of rock, moss and water. A wooden walkway with protective railings runs the entire length no climbing or difficult hiking required. Inside you'll pass 3 waterfalls, several natural pools and shaded sections where the temperature drops noticeably. The walk takes about 20–30 minutes at a relaxed pace. The path is stroller-friendly for most sections, though a few small steps may need assistance.

Sapadere Cave (Sapadere Mağarası)

At the end of the canyon walkway, you enter Sapadere Cave a natural limestone cave with stalactites and stalagmites. The cave is illuminated with colored lights and has a short walking path inside. Temperature inside is constant around 18°C year-round, making it a cool retreat in summer. The cave visit takes about 10–15 minutes. Entrance fee is included in the tour price.

Canyon Swimming & Natural Pools

At the waterfall area near the end of the canyon, there are natural pools where guests can wade or swim. The water comes from mountain springs and is cold even in summer (approximately 10–14°C). Swimming is optional many people just dip their feet or take photos. Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes, especially for children.

Vegetarian options are available on request. You can also buy local products: mountain honey, homemade jams, dried herbs and traditional Turkish teas.
