I'm a tourism professional raised in Antalya and Alanya. I've worked in hotels, spent three years at a British travel agency, and I founded CertiGo. Who is Burak Şahindal?

Tourism is what I do and it has been since 2016. I've spent my entire career understanding what makes a travel experience genuinely great, not just acceptable. I studied Business Management at Akdeniz University, then spent three years living and working in England at a British travel agency, where I learned how the industry looks from the other side of the booking.

That combination local roots, hotel experience, and years inside a UK agency gave me a perspective I haven't found anywhere else. I know what tourists expect before they arrive, and I know exactly what the region can deliver. That gap between expectation and reality is what I built CertiGo to close.

One thing sets CertiGo apart from every competitor: we have no middlemen. I have a direct connection to virtually every tour operator in the region. That means better prices, better accountability, and better experiences because we deal directly with the people running the tours, not through layers of agents taking their cut.

I take genuine pride in what we've built: employment for many local guides, dozens of happy tourists every single year, and a real contribution to the growth of tourism in this region. CertiGo's approach to guides and tours is different from anything else out there and that's entirely intentional.

Languages: Turkish (native), English. Three years living in the UK means I communicate naturally and confidently with international visitors.
